Students may purse the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership in either a standard or accelerated pace. Any student who is interested in pursuing the accelerated track should review the program matriculation map. The coursework, although the same will have terms where you will need to increase your workload in effort to move through the program in the set three years vs the traditional four. Additionally, students will meet with Finance and Academic Affairs prior to enrollment.
