About The Master of Arts in Leadership Studies

The Master of Arts in Leadership Studies is a program designed to produce Global, Ethical and Relevant leaders who can be able to lead and tackle the challenges of the 21st century.


  1. Understand the dynamics of Christian leadership.
  2. Exhibit an understanding of key organizational leadership elements such as Ethics, Communication, Human resource, Change Leadership, Innovation, and organizational development.
  3. Exhibit relevant and effective problem solving and conflict resolution methodologies.
  4. Identify power structures within organizational models and how to effect change within the cultural context.

Admissions Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with a Grade Point Average of 3.0 or Second Class Honors Upper Division. Those with Lower Honor Should have at least 2 Years of Experience in a Leadership or Management Position
  • English Proficiency is required for those whose language of instruction was not in English


The Course Duration is 18 Months but can be completed in little as 12 Months.

Mode of Delivery

The Course is Delivered 100% online with one week of residency. Students have access to E-Books, Online Library with on-campus support both in the USA and in Kenya
