Dr. Seung J. Baick is originally from Seoul, Korea.
He studied at four graduate schools in America and lived in NY, NJ, IL, TN, MS, and GA.
He studied his Ph.D. at Drew University and Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and he received his Ph.D. degree from the later institution.
His major is the New Testament, specializing in the Synoptic Gospels and the Pauline Theology.
During his childhood, Dr. Baick wanted to be a cartoonist, and then later wanted to be an oil painter like Claude Monet in his teenage years.
Dr. Baick studied many years to become an artist, but after he experienced Divine interference (God’s Grace), he has decided to go to a seminary.
He enjoys teaching at BHU and is an active artist.
He is married to his beautiful wife and has two wonderful daughters.
